Notice of “Planow 8” Release

Web I Laboratories, Inc. released “Planow Orario 8” as a new version of Planow Orario on March 6, 2026.

The main contents of the version upgrade are as follows:


Automatic Granting of Functional Permissions

We have introduced a system that automatically grants the functional permissions for “Version list” and “Permissions" when adding members to a project. This helps prevent permission-setting oversights and supports smooth operations in projects involving numerous partner companies or sites with high member turnover.


Editing and Deleting “Schedule Set” by Project Managers

Project managers can now directly organize and maintain the “Schedule Sets” created by individual members. Especially in long-term projects, this enables Schedule Sets created by transferred or departed members to be maintained with the latest information.


Enhanced Security
  • Framework Updates: Frameworks where vulnerabilities were discovered have been updated to the latest versions. This eliminates vulnerabilities and minimizes the risk of cyberattacks.

  • Added Login History Registration API: Login history from Plan Cockpit and other APIs can now be exported. This enables visualization of user login performance.

  • Enhanced Authentication Infrastructure: Integrated SAML-based SSO authentication directly within Planow. In addition, OpenID Connect is now supported.


Improved Flexibility in Data Utilization

CSV export of project list and project member information is now supported. This allows for faster integration with other systems and preparation of internal reporting materials.


Other Functional Improvements and Fixes
  • UI/UX Improvements: Refreshed interfaces in conjunction with the framework modernization. This supports intuitive operations.

  • Bug Fixes: We have improved stability by resolving issues such as the inability to upload bar charts from Planow+ under certain conditions and the incorrect processing of URLs when accessing Planow via “Open Browser” from Plan Cockpit.

Please apply for the version upgrade using the application form provided in the e-mail.

E-mails will be sent out sequentially from the date of release.
