Release Notes

On February XX, 2026, Planow Orario 8 (hereafter referred to as “Planow 8”) was released. This page introduces the new features and improvements included in the version upgrade.

Major Functional Enhancement

[New Feature] Automatic Granting of Functional Permissions

We have introduced a system that automatically grants the functional permissions for “Version list” and “Permissions" when adding members to a project.
This will help prevent oversights in configuring functional permissions in projects that manage bar charts involving numerous subcontractors, or projects with frequent member turnover.

[New Feature] Schedule Set Editing by Project Managers

We have introduced a system that allows project managers to edit and delete “Schedule Set” created by project members.
For long-term or complex projects, you can manage Schedule Sets created by members who have left the project midway, as well as Schedule Sets that are no longer needed.

[New Feature] Automatic Deletion of Login History

We have introduced a system that automatically deletes login history after a specified period.

Other Functional Improvements and Fixes
  • Added login history from Plan Cockpit and API to the login history output.
  • CSV export for Planow data is now available.
    - Project List CSV
    - Project Member CSV
    - User Project List CSV (available to admin users only)
  • Improved “Schedule extraction conditions” for Schedule Sets.
    - You can now select the Task Bar to be extracted from “Active Bar” or “Baseline Bar”.
    - When specifying conditions, you can now toggle case sensitivity on or off.
    - You can now specify AND/OR conditions in searches within group information, bar information, and resource information.
  • Added Group IDs in ACTY'S to the Group permission data CSV.
  • Added Project Code field.
  • Improved the message content displayed during exclusive editing from a Schedule Set.
  • Integrated SAML-based SSO authentication directly within Planow.
  • OpenID Connect is now supported.
  • Modified the screen transition destination when an admin user logs out.
  • Fixed an issue where you could not upload a bar chart from Planow+ if more than a week had passed since your last access.
  • Fixed a bug where a previous version was selected when creating a new version.
  • Fixed a bug where URLs were not processed properly when accessing Planow via “Open Browser” from Plan Cockpit.
    * It is necessary to upgrade Plan Cockpit.
  • Updated the framework to the latest version to address discovered vulnerabilities.
  • Refreshed the user interface along with the framework modernization.
  • Updated manuals following the user interface changes.

How to apply for a version upgrade

For customers who have contracted maintenance services

User Support will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to apply for a version upgrade.

Please apply for the version upgrade using the application form provided in the e-mail.

E-mails will be sent out sequentially from the date of release.
